Ms. Aakanksha Goel is a Partner with T R Chadha & Co LLP, looking after the Direct Taxation & FEMA wing at Gurugram branch.

She is a Chartered Accountant by profession and is associated with the firm since 2010. She specializes in Direct Tax Advisory and Litigation services, with more than 12 years’ experience in the field of domestic tax laws, tax treaties, and transfer pricing.

She is actively involved in advising clients on Foreign Exchange Management Act regulations including inbound and outbound investment strategies.

She has been advising clients across varied sectors, including telecom, manufacturing, Information Technology, Information and Broadcasting, and FMCG, on diverse matters. She is also assisting various clients in litigation matters till the Appellate level, including Dispute Resolution Panel.
