Shilpa played a pivotal role at T R Chadha & Co. LLP, where she progressed from an Audit Manager to Director of Business Development. Her expertise lies in preparing strategic business plans, maintaining seamless cross-functional coordination and ensuring optimal utilization of resources. She oversees RFP preparation, bidding, and Pan India tender support, managing the entire process from tender identification to submission.

Beyond her professional expertise, Shilpa is actively involved in community service as the Charter President of Lions Club and holds a membership with AIWMI. She is passionate about innovation, digital transformation, and fostering a client-centric approach in the financial and corporate sectors. With a strong analytical mindset, leadership acumen, and a commitment to continuous learning, she continues to drive excellence in client relations and business strategy.
