Mr. Sumant Chadha is a Managing Partner with the firm and holds over 38 years of professional  experience in matters relating to Assurance, Risk Advisory   & Internal Audit, Direct Tax –  including international taxation, Transaction Advisory Services and Valuation of Business. He is a Gold medalist and  secured  2nd rank all over India in the C.A. Final Examination. He is presently the Advocacy Head of the Institute of Internal Auditors, India, which is affiliated to IIA Inc., USA, and has been the Past President of the Institution. Mr. Chadha  is/ has been associated as a special Invitee to various  Committees of the ICAI and also of the  PHD Chambers of Commerce and has also been an independent/nominee director on various Companies, across sectors
