Manu Chadha is a prominent Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Managing Partner at M/s T R Chadha & Co., Chartered Accountants. He has over 45 years of experience in auditing, financial, and management consultancy.
His expertise spans various Corporate and Fiscal Laws, including the Companies Act, SEBI Matters, Income Tax, and FEMA. He has also gained significant experience in Corporate Governance through his service as an Independent Director on the Boards of numerous companies.
Currently, he serves on the Boards of Reliance Nippon Life Insurance, Nippon Life India AIF Management Limited, and Nippon Life India Asset Management (Singapore) Pte. Limited.
In the past, he has served on the Boards of notable entities such as Punjab National Bank, National Insurance Co. Ltd., Dena Bank, SBI Mutual Fund, Reliance Mutual Fund, Canfin Homes Ltd., PNB Housing Finance Ltd., and GIC Housing Finance Ltd.
He also held positions on the Censor Board, Mumbai, and the Direct Tax Advisory Committee, both appointed by the Government of India. He was also nominated by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, to the Investor Education and Protection Fund of the Companies Act, 1956.
He has also served as the Vice Chairman of the Northern India Regional Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and holds an LL.B. degree.
