Mr. Manish Rajyaguru is a Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of post-qualification experience, including 13 years with the firm. He specializes in aduit and advisory services across a broad spectrum of industries such as manufacturing, project management, infrastructure, power, rating agencies and other services.

His core competencies include integrated internal audits, development of internal control frameworks, business process reengineering, formulation of corporate policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), financial due diligence, concurrent audits and Internal Financial Controls (IFC) testing framework.

A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Mr. Manish Rajyaguru has successfully led several internal audit engagements for listed, public, and private companies across the manufacturing and service sectors.
