Mr. Manish Rajyaguru has more than 18 years of post-qualification experience, including 13 years’ experience with the firm, in providing assurance and advisory services to the manufacturing, project management, Infrastructure, Power Industry, Rating Agency and Service Sector. His areas of focus include integrated internal audits, internal control framework development, business process redesign, corporate policy/SOP design, financial due diligence, Concurrent Audit and IFC Audits.

He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has executed various Internal Audit of listed, public and private companies as team leader, engaged in Manufacturing and Service Sector.
