Mr. Sumit Jain is Director- Tax & Regulatory services in T R Chadha & Co LLP. He is based in Gurgaon branch and have an experience of over 12 years in Direct & International Taxation and FEMA advisory. He leads Direct Tax and FEMA practices.
His specialization is in Direct Tax Advisory including opinions, transaction advisory, re-structuring advisory and compliances related to inbound investments & outbound investments, international taxation, transfer pricing etc.
He has been actively engaged in providing all kind of FEMA advisory related to Foreign direct Investment, overseas direct investment, Import & export of services, repatriation, exit tax advisory and have also handled due diligence assignments related to Direct Tax and FEMA. He is also managing compliances for various clients from different sectors including MNCs.
