Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated professional Direct Tax Executive to join our Direct Tax team and contribute to direct tax compliance and advisory engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of the Income Tax Act, TDS provisions, and direct tax compliances.
• Hands-on experience in preparation and review of income tax returns, tax computations, and related documentation.
• Exposure to tax audits, assessments, and handling departmental notices/proceedings.
• Proficiency in tax research, client coordination, and drafting submissions with clarity and accuracy.

Key Competencies :

• Strong understanding of direct tax laws, including Income Tax Act, TDS provisions, and relevant rules and notifications.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing income tax returns for individuals, firms, and companies, along with related documentation.
• Knowledge of assessment procedures, responding to departmental notices, and assisting in representation before tax authorities.
• Proficient in Excel, Tally, and other accounting software for preparing tax computations, analyzing financial data, and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
